Sand & City Property Holdings goes live

In February 2024, one of our directors began his own separate property company.   

Called "Sand and City Property Holdings", this new venture continues the same dynamic progress that GND PROPERTIES has been experiencing recently. 

Concentrating initial on residential properties in the South Coast of England; we look forward to completing our first acquisition in the next few months.
