Established in 1922, Sand & City Properties, is a leading estate agent providing a comprehensive service to our customers including Residential Sales; Lettings & Property Management within the towns of Ely; Littleport & Soham and the surrounding villages of Cambridgeshire.
With over 80 years of property experience and business entrepreneurship, we have developed an extensive knowledge of the local property market enabling us to offer a wide-ranging service that is both friendly and professional as befits our reputation. Mr Shimon Cregor is the third generation member of the family to have owned and managed the family business. Having grown up with "business" people from Grandfather onwards, it was in 1993 that the opportunity to become Co-Owner & Director. In 2005, he became Managing Director. Before then, he was a full-time teacher for twenty-plus years; working both in the UK as well as worldwide for well-known schools, as well as many charities (e.g. ECC [Thailand]; British Council; NACRO; YMCA Training; E.F. [Cambridge]..etc.... He loves spending time with his family in Jerusalem, and traveling around his other home country of Israel; as well as riding his motorbikes around the UK. He is learning to play golf; and to spend happy times with his large family and friends scattered around the world. | |
