Landlords Fee Schedule
Our fee is based on the principle that we should only charge for our services when our clients are earning from our efforts. As a result we do not follow common practice which is to charge an initial fee, or fees for the preparation of the tenancy agreement or inventory. We charge purely on commission and nothing is charged until a Tenant is in residence paying rent.
Our charges for the three services which we offer are:
_ let only service - This service includes everything up to the point where there is a Tenant in residence paying rent, whereupon the ongoing management of the property, including rent collection, is transferred to the Owner. It includes marketing of the property, viewings, vetting applicants, preparation and implementation of tenancy agreements and the collection of the first months rent and deposit. It does not include, as standard, the preparation of the inventory, although a separate price for this service can be provided on application.
_ rent collection service
This service includes all aspects of the Let Only service, plus the transfer of utility and council tax accounts and the ongoing collection of the monthly rent. It does not include, as standard, the preparation of the inventory, although a separate price for this service can be provided on application.
_ full management service - This service encompasses all items referred to on this page.
